- Block flange to be welded directly to tank.
- DN 25 – DN 200.
- Operating pressure of 10 bar and 16 (6 and 25 bar on request).
- Temperature of 150° C and 280° C.
- Mica suitable for aggressive mediums and temperature of 300° C.
- Also available in a light version of 2.5 or 6 bar according to DIN 28120.
- Special versions available according to customers’ requirements.
- Optional certificate 2.2 or 3.1 B to EN 10204.
Materials

| Deck Flange: | RSt 37-2, H II, C 22.8, WN 1.4541, 1.4571 or alternative |
| Glass: | Borosilicate glass DIN 7080 or soda lime glass DIN 8902. |
| Gaskets: | Klingersil or according to customers’ requirements |
| Bolts: | 5.6 galvanized, A2-70, A4-70. |
Options
Available with (Ex) lights, camera, wipers, washer, O-ring seal (vacuum seal), double glass with heating element, mica, glass protection and metal fused sight glass.
Alternative round sight glass fittings
Screw sight glass similar DIN 11851:
- DN 50-125.
- Operating pressure 6 bar.
- Temperature 220° C.
- Welding flange WN 1.4404 or WN 1.4301.
- Tightening nut WN 1.4301.
- Optional certificate 2.2 or 3.1 B to EN 10204.
