Possible operations include

Printing
Colors RAL, Pantone; serigraphs, ceramic paint, two component paint etc. Printing of symbols and “invisible symbols” (the symbol is only visible when illuminated by lighting behind the glass).

Coating
Is suitable for various applications such as anti-reflection, UV filters, signal filters, heat reflection filters etcetera.

Etching
By etching the glass surface, it comes with an anti-reflective surface, ideal for touch screens, laptops etc.

Tempering
Glass can be thermally or chemically hardened. The tempered glass is up to five times stronger than ordinary annealed glass. When broken, the glass falls into small blunt pieces.

When thermally tempering (standard mode), the glass is heated in a curing oven to approximately 650°C and cooled by forced cold air. The outside cools down more quickly than the core, giving constant tension in the glass. This results in a greater resistance to mechanical and thermal shocks.

Chemical tempering is especially applied to thin glass. The advantage over thermal hardening is that the surface becomes also scratch resistant. But the product is more expensive than thermal tempered glass.

Grinding
Sides of glass and surfaces are grounded. This is common use in control panels, such as fingertip hollow, circular sliders etc.

Edges
Straight, round, beveled, step, and edge appearances.

Sandblasting
To create sandblasting drawings on glass, digital drawings are plot out with a cutter. The sandblast film is pasted on the glass surface and then the sandblast areas are removed. With the sand blasting machine, we can apply any shape, drawing, text or line structure on the glass. The glass may optionally be treated with a still clearshield so that permanent fingerprints on the glass are prevented.
